Sales Area Manager - Stationery Solutions (B2B, Industrial)
About Us:
Kshitij Polyline Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality stationery products in India, known
for innovation, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are seeking a driven and
results-oriented individual to join our growing sales team as a Sales Developer. In this role, you
will play a key part in expanding our reach across various sales channels, including ecommerce
platforms, Indiamart leads, and industrial partnerships.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and grow assigned sales territories using their expertise.
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales
targets.
● Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and relationship
building.
● Develop and nurture relationships with industrial clients, identifying their needs and
presenting customized stationery solutions.
● Liaise with the production team to ensure timely order fulfilment and address any customer
concerns related to production or dispatch.
● Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify new
business opportunities.
● Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events as required.
● Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications.
● Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the stationery industry.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
● Experience with ecommerce platforms and lead generation techniques (Indiamart) is a plus.
● Understanding of the Indian industrial landscape and relevant regulations is desirable.
